12. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, APIs, technical architecture, databases, backend systems, hosting infrastructure, and related technology developed or maintained for TeacherJob.in remain the property of their respective owners. Unless otherwise agreed through a separate written agreement, technology developed and maintained by Petuk Ji Pvt Ltd shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Petuk Ji Pvt Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to users.

13. Independent Technology Provider

Petuk Ji Pvt Ltd acts solely as an independent technology development, maintenance, hosting, infrastructure, and software services provider.

Petuk Ji Pvt Ltd:

• Does not operate recruitment services.
• Does not participate in hiring decisions.
• Does not control employer recruitment practices.
• Does not control candidate actions.
• Does not guarantee employment.
• Does not guarantee recruitment outcomes.

Recruitment-related matters remain between the concerned parties and/or Mentisgate Learning Pvt Ltd as Platform Operator.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: TeacherJob.in, Mentisgate Learning Pvt Ltd, Petuk Ji Pvt Ltd, their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, and representatives shall not be liable for:

• Employment disputes
• Hiring decisions
• Salary disputes
• Recruitment failures
• User misconduct
• User-generated content
• Service interruptions
• Data loss
• Business losses
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages

Use of the Platform is entirely at the user’s own risk.

15. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless:

against claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from:

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Matters Relating to TeacherJob.in and Mentisgate Learning Pvt Ltd

Any dispute arising from recruitment services, educational institution activities, user accounts, subscriptions, payments, platform operations, privacy matters, employment-related services, or services provided by Mentisgate Learning Pvt Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at Rudrapur, Uttarakhand, India.

Matters Relating to Petuk Ji Pvt Ltd

Any dispute arising from software development, technology services, source code ownership, intellectual property rights, hosting infrastructure, platform development, software licensing, technical maintenance, or related services provided by Petuk Ji Pvt Ltd shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated at Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, India.

21. Modification of Terms

TeacherJob.in may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
